By utilizing the 100% commission split you are able to negotiate any commission split necessary to make the deal. Never lose another listing! You decide how much you need to make on a deal. This program gives you the option of being very aggressive on deals you know you can sell fast with little work on your part.
No Long Term Commitments
You will not be forced to sign any long term contracts. You are free to leave at anytime. Simply notify us in writing of your decision. Our goal is to make our agents so successful that they never want to leave. However, if you change your mind there will be no penalties or hard feelings.
No more waiting on Commissions
All commissions will be paid to the agent within 3 business days of closing. It is your money, why should you have to wait?
No Floor/Phone Duty
You will not be required to waste your time answering our phones. This will also allow you to receive all of your sign calls. All calls that come into the office/Showing Service will be given to the listing agent. All of your faxes will go directly to you through your own PDF fax service. All yard signs will have the agent’s personal phone number along with the number to Realty Connections. By making a rather small investment in your signage, you can generate thousands of dollars in business, that will all come to you!

RC 100+
The RC-100+ Plan is designed for any agent that has a steady flow of business. The cost of the RC-100+ plan is $350.00 per month paid to Realty Connections Inc. You will receive 100% of your commissions earned with no additional fees. The RC-1 plan will give you the ability to get more business by putting the power to negotiate commissions where it should be; in your hands. All fees are due by the 5th of each month and are subject to late fees. The RC- 100+ Plan includes your annual E & O fee.

The RC-80 Plan is designed for agents that don't want to pay monthly fees but still allows for a high commission split. The cost of the RC-80 plan is $0 per month paid to Realty Connections Inc. Additionally, you will pay 20% of your commissions along with a $99.00 per transaction fee. You may choose to change programs at the begining of each calender quarter, provided that you give written notice to Realty Connections one month prior to the change. All monthly fees are due by the 5th of the month and are subject to late fees

Referral Programs
Realty Connections Inc. will pay you a referral fee for referring a new agent to us. You will be credited one transaction/monthly fee for each agent that you refer to Realty Connections. The credit will be applied to the referring agents account at the beginning of the second month after the new agent affiliates.
Listing Service
All agents affiliated with Realty Connections Inc. will utilize a showing service called Centralized Showing Service. You can read instructions and information at www.showings.com. The cost of the service is paid by the agents. The service will handle all of your appointment needs. You will receive information via e-mail confirming your appointments. This service will help us keep our overhead low and allow us to pass on the savings to you, while providing superior service to our clients.
Save Money by Pre-Paying Your Fees
If you choose to pre-pay your monthly fees, you will receive one month free (RC-1 Plan only). If you choose this option you will pay the amount equal to eleven months of dues at the time you affiliate with Realty Connections Inc. If you choose to leave the brokerage before the year is over, the credited amount will be refunded to you. If you do not choose to pre-pay your fees, your first month will be pro-rated based on the day you affiliate.
Cutting-edge Technology
Realty Connections Inc. will continue to utilize cutting-edge technology in order to help our agents be successful and to keep our expenses low. Realty Connections will offer one-on one and/or group training on any and all of your technological questions. Whether you are just learning to use e-mail, or you want to build your own web-page, we can assist you. All training will be at no additional cost to our agents.
The Details
* All licensing and membership dues are the responsibility of the agent.
* Each agent will be charged $150.00 per year for E & O Insurance. (N/A for RC- 100+ Plan)
* Each agent will be required to acquire a U-Fax number ($9.99 per month).
* Each agent will be required to purchase signs with their names and numbers.
* Each agent will be required to utilize the Centralized Showings Service ( $25 per month). (N/A for RC- 100+ Plan)
